you are my motivation

Ok...so I was up at 3am coughing and spluttering....my mind is already in the mind frame of what a excuse to not go to the gym...I take 2 panadol almost choke on the 2nd (it just wouldn't go down) I put vicks on the chest and head back to bed, my mind says 'you're sick...you dont need to go'
I wake up...all I can think is how dissapointing, I told my blog world that I'd go to the gym...mind says 'who cares...sick sick sick' I jump onto my blog and read all the comments....I cant let you guys down...take 2 more panadol vicks the chest up and I go to the gym...managed 45mins cardio and about 10mins worth of weights...I did it!
You people out there are truely inspiring...you became todays motivation...again and again I self proclaim....WE ARE GOING TO BE WINNERS....lets keep supporting one another, together we are strong, thank-you for helping me be strong.

When I read your post this morning, I thought of this poem I read ages ago and thought you might like it...

"Whatever It Takes"

I have an ambition to reach for the top
I've set my sights high to pursue it.
Until I achieve it my efforts won't stop.

wow you're so much better than me... going the gym especially when you're sick... GO GIRL!

i'd so use it as an excuse and sleep more!!!!

bet you felt a bit better afterwards too... nothing like a good workout to ge the chest working again...

Hey Laura. Don't overdo it at the gym when you are sick. Being sick is usually your bodies way of telling u to take a break so take care. Your body is probably trying to recover after the Pyramid Rock Festival still. Look after yourself.

You are amazing! Just remember not to overdo the gym when you're sick otherwise you could prolong the icky-ness and it'll drag you down.

I think it's wonderful how much stronger and believing in yourself over the last few weeks, But on the other hand - I bet you have no idea how many people you are motivating too ;D
